球虫消杀剂抑杀鸡球虫卵囊的模拟现场试验

Imitation Field Experiment of Oo-stat in Inhibiting and Killing Chicken Coccidian Oocysts

在模拟现场条件下检验球虫消杀剂抑杀鸡球虫卵囊效果。在地面洒泼球虫卵囊后,用1∶50球虫消杀剂溶液洒地面,同时将门窗紧闭,24 h后将鸡放入。同时设阳性对照组和阴性对照组,同一处理两个重复。结果表明,球虫消杀剂处理组平均增重极显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.01),相对增重率高于阳性对照组,且饲料利用率高于阳性对照组。球虫消杀剂在模拟现场条件下对球虫卵囊有着良好的杀灭作用。

This experiment was conducted to study the effect of the oo-stat on inhibiting and killing chicken coccidian oocysts under imitation field trial. The floor of henhouse that sprayed with the mixture of different species of chicken sporulated oocysts was conspergered with the oo-stat solution of 1 ： 50 with the doors and windows closed. The fowls were put in the henhouse by groups after 24 h. The positive control groups and negative control groups were set, and repeated the same treatment twice. The results showed that the oo-stat has an excellent effect compared with the positive control groups, the average weight gain in experiment groups were significantly higher （P 〈0.01）, and relative weight gain rate were higher. The feed conversion rates in experiment groups were higher than that in positive control groups. These results indicated that the oo-stat has an excellent effect on inhibiting and killing fowl coccidian oocysts in imitation field trial.
