摘要 针对反射式光强调制型光纤传感器的一般实际应用,基于MATLAB采用数值仿真的方法,系统地分析了光纤对轴间距、光纤芯径和光纤数值孔径以及反射面曲率半径对光强调制特性的影响,并逐一总结了这些参量对传感器调制特性的影响规律,从而为该类型传感器的设计提供了理论依据。 Aiming at the practical application of reflective intensity modulated fiber optic displacement sensor, fiber parameters such as the gap between the fiber pairs, the radius of the fibers, their numerical apertures and the curvature radius of the reflectors, which have influence on the modulation property, are analyzed theoretically with the mathematic model based on MATLAB in details. The simulation curves and data are given out by several figures and tables. The results will provide theoretical fundamentals for designing this type of optical fiber sensors in practical application.
