稀土掺杂介孔TiO_2的合成与表征 被引量:1

摘要 为提高介孔TiO2的光催化活性,实现其可见光响应,采用由PEG-1000和C16PyBr组成的混合表面活性剂,通过溶胶—凝胶法在室温下制备出了比表面积较大、孔径分布均匀和稳定性较好的掺杂稀土离子钐、镝和镨的介孔TiO2材料。以XRD、TEM、N2吸附—脱附分析、UV-vis和降解实验等表征方法对样品进行对比和分析,钐的引入使介孔TiO2的吸收强度明显降低;镝的引入使介孔TiO2的吸收强度有所提高,吸收边带有少许红移;镨的引入使介孔TiO2的吸收强度有较大提高,吸收边带由原来的390nm红移到了420nm左右。镝和镨的最佳掺杂浓度均为0.6%。 In order to improve the catalysts activity and realize visible-light responsive ofmesoporous TiO2, the mixed surfactants composed by Cby PEG-1000 and C16yBr were adopted. And Sm^3+, Dy^3+ and P^3+ doped mesoporous TiO2 which has the high specific surface area, average pore and high thermal stability has been prepared by sol-gel method at room temperature. The mesoporous TiO2 and doped mesoporous TiO2 were characterized by the means ofXRD, TEM, TG-DTA, N2 adsorption and desorption, UV-Vis and degradation experiments. The doping of Sm^3+ makes absorption intensity de- crease. The absorption intensity increased and absorption edge had a little red-shift when Dy^3+ was doped.The introduction of Pr3+ make absorption strength improved greatly, the absorption edge moved from 390 nm to 420nm. The best concentrations ofDy^3+ and Pr^3+is 0.6%.
