摘要
运用正交设计原理,以金顶侧耳液体培养菌丝干重为测量指标,在金顶侧耳液体培养基马铃薯20%,葡萄糖2.5%,蛋白胨0.3%的基础上进行进一步优化研究。结果表明:金顶侧耳液体培养KH2PO4适宜比例为0.35%,MgSO4·7H2O适宜比例为0.35%,维生素B1适宜比例为1mg/L。应用上,定量比较了液体与固体菌种用于出菇培养金顶侧耳两种生产模式。结果显示:用液体菌种出菇培养金顶侧耳,虽然有一定优势,但发酵菌丝体更适合用于生产食品及真菌类药物。
On the basis of the orthogonal design principle, further studies on Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing optimization of liquid medium by submerged cultivation mycelium dry weight was investigated. The results showe that optimal ratio for KH2PO4 was 0.35%, for MgSO4 ·7H2O 0.35%, for vitamin B1 1mg/L on the basal medium of potato 20%, glucose 2.5%, peptone 0.3 %. In practice, this experiment compared two production modes of solid and liquid spawn used in fruiting cultivation ofPleurotus citrinopileatus Sing quantitatively. The results indicate that fermented mycelium was more suitable for food and fungi drugs production, although liquid spawn had certain advantages in fruiting cultivation.
