摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定苯磺酸顺阿曲库铵的含量和有关物质,此法可以简便、准确的测出样品的有关物质和含量。本文采用十八烷基键合硅胶为色谱柱填充剂,以甲醇-硫酸-三氟乙酸(1000:1:4)为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,检测波长为280 nm。在该色谱条件下,苯磺酸顺阿曲库铵与有关物质分离较好,线性范围为:0.1-1.0 mg/mL,回归方程为=2.5006562×107C+31625(=1.0000),最低检出量2ng,方法精密度为RSD=0.31%(=6)。
To establish HPLC method for determination of the content of cisatracurium besilate and its releated substances. This method is simple and can be used for detemination of the content of cisatracurium besilate and its releated substances. A C 18 column was used with the mobile phase of the solution of methanol, suLfuric acid and trifluoroacetic acid (1000:1: 4) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1 and the detection wavelength of 280 nm. Under the chromatographic conditions, the product and related substances separated well. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. l-1.0mg/mL and the regression equation being A=2.5006562× 10^7C +31625(r=1.0000).The detection limit was 2ng.The precision(RSD) was 0.31% (n=6).
