风力透平塔架干涉非定常数值研究

Numerical Simulation of the Influence of Tower to Wind Turbine

摘要 为研究风力透平中塔架对于整体气动参数的影响,根据动量叶素理论(BEM)将风力透平的整机简化为叶片切片段和塔架切片段的圆环状模型,使用CFD软件F luent进行三维流场的数值模拟计算,进行定量的分析,并与已获得的风洞试验数据进行比较。经过定常的流动计算,表明该模型计算得到的结果与实验结果吻合较好,验证了计算模型的准确性与可行性。采用滑移网格技术进行非定常计算,结果表明,叶片段扫过塔架时叶片段截面上的法向力系数CN、切向力系数CT及俯仰力矩系数CM进入干涉区后先是降低,并且在180°方位角稍靠后的位置达到最小值,随后逐渐上升直至离开干涉区。 With the aim to have a good knowledge of the influence of tower to wind turbine, a 3D flow field was simulated using the CFD software Fluent, analyzed quantitatively and compared with the wind tunnel tested data, based on a simplified model that the wind turbine and tower were slipped, becoming blade slice and tower slice with the concept of BEM theory. It was showed that the calculated results were well agreed with the experiment results for steady state simulation, which verified that the model was correct and feasible. Then the unsteady simulation was carried out using slipping mesh method. It was indicated that CN, CT and CM decreased firstly, touching the minimum value just behind 180°, then increased to a flap after that degree and leaved the interference region.
