摘要
声发射信号特征对滑动轴承的状态非常敏感,可采用声发射检测方法来诊断滑动轴承的状态。对国产300MW汽轮发电机组的启动和并网带负荷过程的滑动轴承声发射信号进行测量,利用现代信号分析方法提取声发射信号的特征,建立滑动轴承声发射信号的特征与滑动轴承的状态(包括转速、轴瓦温度、负荷等)之间的定量变化关系,为定量诊断滑动轴承的状态奠定基础。
AE signal is sensitive to the condition of sliding bearings of turbo-generator, and can be used to diagnose the fail- ure of sliding bearings. AE signals of two sliding bearings in a 300MW turbo-generator unit in the process of speed-up and loading were detected, by using modem signal analysis method, the quantitative relationships between the AE signal char- acteristics and conditions of sliding bearings ( including rotating speed, temperature of bearing pad and load of unit, etc. ) were established, which lays a solid foundation for diagnosis of sliding bearings condition.
