摘要
甜玉米作为一种经济作物已有上百年的栽培历史。据估计,目前全世界甜玉米的种植面积约为255万亩,主要分布在美国和日本。我国从80年代初开始引种,在4~5年间有7个甜玉米罐头厂先后投产。甜玉米含糖量高。乳熟期鲜食,甜嫩可口,别具风味,颇受欢迎。但是,除了可溶性糖之外,对于其他营养物质的组分及含量研究尚不充分。为此。
The research results showed that total,essential,acid and neutral amino acid contents changed in a pattern of“higher——lower——higher”but not alkaline amino acid contents The content of glutamic acid which belongs to acid amino acids was maximum(1.63%~3.15%)and the contents of methionione,lysine and histidine which belong to essential amino acids were minimum(0.22%~0.36%).Besides,the different cultivars of sweet corn during middle milk stage were compared and sweet corn was compared with common corn post-harvest.
