手术治疗Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位34例临床分析

Clinical analysis of surgical treatment for type Ⅲ acrominoclavicular joint dislocation in 34 cases

目的:探讨Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位的手术方法与疗效。方法:对我院收治的Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位34例的病例资料进行分析,全部修复喙锁韧带,21例行肩锁间张力带钢丝内固定,9例行双克氏针内固定,4例喙锁间镙钉内固定。结果:全部病例均治愈,喙锁间距离正常,功能恢复好。结论:Ⅲ型肩锁关节脱位采用肩锁间张力带钢丝内固定加韧带修复术后效果较好。

Objective：To investigate the therapeutic techniques and effects of type m acrominoclavicular joint dislocation. Methods：34 cases of type Ⅲ acrominoclavieular joint dislocation treated between 2004 and 2008 were analyzed.Coracolavieular ligaments of all cases were repaired;21 eases treated by internal firxation with acromioclavicular tension band wire, 9 eases with double Kirschner pin, and 4 cases with coracoclavicular screw. Results：All patients were cured,their eoraclavicular intervals were normal, and shoulder functions were recovered. Conclusion：Aeromioelavieular tension band wire combined with repair of ligament is an effective method for the treatment of type Ⅲ acrominoclavieulare joint dislocation.
