摘要
目的:探讨排粪造影检查中护理配合的必要性。方法:对315例病人在检查前进行心理准备、健康宣教,护士学会正确配制钡糊、制作标志物;检查中重视病人的配合指导、讲解检查中的注意事项。结果:通过良好的护理配合,使每例病人顺利完成检查,达到检查、诊断的目的,提高了检查质量。结论:排粪造影检查中实施护理配合是完全必要的。
Objective：To investigate the significance of nursing alliance in defecography.Methods：Mental preparation and health education were performed in 315 patients before defecography.The nurses dispensed barium mush,made markers,explained the cautions to make patients cooperative.Results：Nursing alliance is helpful for the patients to accomplish this procedure and to get diagnosis.Conclusion：Nursing care is absolutely essential in defecography.
