Nursing problems and preventive measures of orthopedic operation in operating room

目的:探讨影响骨科手术安全的手术室护理隐患与防范对策。方法:总结分析近4年来骨科手术的手术室护理隐患,制定相应防范对策并予以评估。结果:实施防范对策后,骨科手术室护理质量大大提高,不安全因素控制在最低程度(P<0.01)。结论:加强护理质量管理,有效控制了骨科手术室护理隐患。

Objective：To explore the nursing problems and the preventive measures of orthopedic operation in operating room. Methods：To summary and analyze the nursing problems of the past four years of orthopedic surgery in operating room,then to formulate appropriate preventive measures and to assess their effect. Results： After the implementation of preventive measures, the nursing quality of orthopedic operating room was greatly improved.And the insecurity factors of orthopedic surgery in operating nursing were controlled at the minimum degree （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion：Strengthening the nursing management can effectively control the nursing problems of orthopedic operating room.
