摘要
基于粘钢法加固桥梁的特点,提出影响粘钢施工质量的主要技术指标及相应检查方法,采用9标度法给出各指标量化分值,实现对粘钢加固施工质量的量化评定。应用层次分析法确定桥梁影响粘钢加固效果各指标的权重,引入等效降低系数法建立加固效果量化评定体系。以某桥梁加固效果评价为例,验证该方法的实用性及可行性。验证结果表明,该方法能够实现对桥梁粘钢加固质量有效控制及对加固效果的量化评定,具有一定的工程实用价值。
In accordance with the characteristics of bridge strengthening by binding steel, the main technical indices affecting the construction quality of binding steel and the corresponding inspection method are presented. The 9-scale method is used to give the quantitative values of each index and the quantitative evaluation of the construction quality of the bridge strengthening is realized. The analytical hierarchy process is then used to determine the weight of each index affecting the strengthening and the equal reduction coefficient method is introduced to establish the quantitative evaluation system for the strengthening. Through the evaluation of the strengthening of a bridge by binding steel, the practicability and feasibility of the construction quality and evaluation method as described are verified. The results of the verification demonstrate that with the method, the construction quality of the bridge strengthening by binding steel can be effectively controlled, the effect of the strengthening can be quantitatively evaluated and the method is of certain practical application value to the bridge strengthening.
