摘要 广州珠江黄埔大桥地处中等偏重的大气及化学腐蚀环境,钢箱梁防腐采用油漆重防腐涂装体系。钢箱梁外表面采用压力式喷砂机喷砂除锈,油漆涂装;钢箱梁内表面采用手持喷砂枪对底漆完好处扫砂拉毛,对焊缝及底漆破损锈蚀处喷砂除锈,油漆涂装;钢桥面采用无尘自动抛丸机除锈,高压无气喷涂机喷涂底漆。严格控制各部位涂装工艺及质量,并提出施工注意事项。所用方法能较好地保证施工质量,满足防腐涂装技术要求。 Huangpu Bridge over Zhujiang River in Guangzhou is located in the medium and slightly severe atmospheric and chemical corrosion environment. The steel box girder of the Bridge is protected against the corrosion by the reinforcing anti-corrosive coating system of paint. The rust on the exterior surfaces of the girder is removed by sand blasting by the pressure type sand blast machine and is coated with paint. For the interior surfaces of the girder with good primer, the surfaces are just roughened by the hand sand blast guns while the rust on the welding seams and on the parts with damaged primer is removed by sand blasting and the surfaces, welding seams and parts are coated with paint. The rust on the deck plate of the girder is removed by the automatic dust-free shot-blasting machine and is sprayed with primer by the high pressure and airless spraying machine. The workmanship and quality of coating on various parts of the girder are rigorously controlled and the matters of attention of construction are precautioned. The methods used for the coating can well ensure the construction quality and can satisfy the technical requirements for the anti-corrosive coating.
