佛山市城乡一体化进展分析

Research on the Foshan Mode of Urban-Rural Integration

佛山市作为统筹城乡一体化发展的先行者,积累了一些宝贵经验。本文试图总结出关于城乡一体化的"佛山模式",从而为各级政府部门提供理论借鉴;对目前佛山市城乡一体化存在的主要问题进行剖析并提出相关的政策建议,指出基本公共服务均等化是佛山市城乡一体化的高层次目标与关键环节。

Integration of urban and rural areas is important to implement the Scientific View of Development.Foshan City,as a pioneer of integration of urban and rural areas,has accumulated a lot of precious experience.This paper attempts to sum up a 'Foshan model' about the integration of urban and rural areas,and provides a theoretical basis for government departments at all levels.At the same time,this paper will analyze the main issues about the current urban-rural integration existing in Foshan and makes some relevant policy recommendations.Finally,this paper would prove that equalization of basic public services is the high-level goal and the key aspect to integration of urban and rural areas for Foshan.
