外援医疗队在地震救援中的地位与作用

Aiding medical teams' function and organization in course of rescue of earthquake casualties

目的:探讨地震救援中外援医疗队的作用与组织方法。方法:回顾分析汶川地震后外援医疗队在四川绵阳四0四医院地震伤员的救治工作。结果:外援医疗队在救援指挥、伤员救治等方面全面参与了我院的地震救援工作,帮助建立了基本工作模式,共同救治伤员675例,完成手术400余例。结论:大批医疗救援队伍填补了本地地震救援力量的严重不足,在救援组织、伤员救治等各个方面都发挥了巨大作用。

Objective ：To explore the function and organizing method of aiding medical teams in the course of rescue of earthquake casualties. Methods：To review the work of the aiding medical teams in the Mianyang 404 Hospital in the course of rescue after Wenchuan earthquake. Results：Firsdy,the aiding team helped to establish basic working procedure.Then they took part in the rescuing works with locate technicians, treated 675 casualties and finished about 400 operations.Conclusion：In the condition of disaster relief, the aiding medical teams may play an important role in many aspects such as management, manpower and professional technique.
