志愿者在地震医疗救护中的作用与组织

Volunteers' function and organization in course of medical rescue after earthquake casualties

目的:探讨地震救援中志愿者工作的重要作用与组织要求。方法:回顾性总结我院5.12汶川地震救援中志愿者队伍的组织与工作情况。结果:有2000余人次志愿者参加了本院675例地震伤员的救援工作,从医疗救助和基础保障两方面有力支持了救治工作。结论:志愿者需要专职机构组织,可分为专业性与非专业性两部分,根据专业水准不同起的作用也不一样。对和谐社会也有重要意义。但我国的志愿者队伍尚需要得到更加合理地组织和使用,以发挥出更大的价值。

Objective：To explore the volunteers＇ function and organization in the course of medical rescue after earthquake casualties.Methods：To review the work of the volunteers team in the Mianyang 404 Hospital in the course of medical rescue after Wenchuan earthquake.Results：About 2000 volunteers took part in the medical rescue in the Mianyang 404 Hospital after Wenchuan earthquake. They played an important role,including medical treatment and groundwork.Conclusion： The organization of volunteers should be taken charge of by full-time technician.Volunteers should be divided into two parts for orderly work.Based on the level of specialized training, they may be further graded to assume corresponding works.
