正交法优选戊二醛处方的实验研究

Experimental study on optimizing the formula for glutaraldehyde by orthogonal design

目的:研究戊二醛消毒液的最佳处方配比。方法:采用正交试验考察不同因素对戊二醛消毒效果的影响,优选最佳配方。结果:处方配比为pH7.5～8.5,亚硝酸钠加入浓度0.3%。不加活化剂。结论:配方的戊二醛消毒液,消毒效力持久,杀灭细菌能力强大。

Objective ：To optimize the formula of glutaraldehyde preparation.Methods：The uniform design was adopted to observe the process of glutaraldehyde disinfection.The formula was optimzed by orthogonal experiment design.Results ：The optimized formula was pH7.5-8.5,0.3% Na2No2,no activator. Conclusion：The glutaraldehyde disinfection solution with this formula has long lasting effect of disinfection with powerfal sterilization ability.
