心理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗生活质量的影响

Effect of psychological intervention on life quality of post-operative breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy

目的:探讨心理干预对乳腺癌患者术后化疗生活质量的影响。方法:选择乳腺癌术后行化疗的患者66例,分为干预组和对照组各33例。对照组给予肿瘤科常规护理,干预组在此基础上给予心理干预,对比分析干预后两组患者的生活质量。结果:干预组患者的生活质量优于对照组(P<0.001),差异有显著性。结论:科学合理的心理干预可以改善乳腺癌术后化疗患者的生活质量,促进健康。

Objective ：To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life （QOL） of post-operative breast cancer patients who recived chemotherapy.Methods：66 post-operative breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy were divied into intervention group （n=33）, and control group （n=33）. The control group was received routine oncological nursing, while the intervention group, was received routine oneologieal nursing and psychological intervention.QOL of patients in two groups were analyzed after treatment. Results ：The QOL of the intervention group was better than that of control group（P〈0.001）.These differences were significant.Conclusion： Reasonable and scientific psychological intervenon is helpful to improve the quality of life（QOL） and health of post-operative breast cancer patients who received chemotherapy.
