大剂量阿糖胞苷治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病的护理

Nursing methods of high dose Ara-C based combination chemotherapy regimen in childen with acute lymphoblastic leukemia

目的:探讨儿童急性淋巴细胞性白血病缓解期应用大剂量阿糖胞苷(HD-A)为主的联合化疗方案期间的护理。方法:对38例实施该疗程的患儿的护理措施进行回顾性总结。结果:全部患儿均顺利完成该疗程的化疗。结论:有效的护理可明显提高治疗效果,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective：To explore the nursing methods in the period of using high dose Ara-C based combination chemotherapy regimen in the children diagnosed as acute lymphoblastie lenkemia during their clinical remission time.Methods：To review and analyse the nursing methods of 38 children who accepted the high dose Ara-C based combination chemotherpy regimen.Psychological care, reduction of extravasation and phlebitis, handling response of gastrointestinal tract, nursing for bleeding and infection were very important for them.Results ：All the children successfully completed the chemotherapy regimen.Conclusion：Careful and patient nursing can help the children undergoing chemotherapy to go through the period of bone marrow suppression securely.The effective nursing can obviously improve the curative effect,and decrease the occurrence of adverse rcaetion.
