摘要
针对前人有关服务可迁移性和交互性与服务全球化潜力关系研究的缺失,本文首次从服务特征的视角,构建了服务可迁移性和交互性与服务全球化潜力关系的概念模型。然后,开发出了测量量表,并以涉及24个服务行业的243家服务企业为样本,对该模型进行了实证检验。在此基础上,就服务企业如何提高全球化潜力提出了有价值的管理建议。
According to the research deficiency of the former literatures about the relationship between the transferability and interactivity of service and the global potential, this paper first constructs the concept model of the relationship between the transferability and interactivity of service and the global potential from the perspective of the characteristics of service. Then the paper develops the measurement, and tests the model by the samples of 243 service enterprises of 24 service industries. At the base of it, the paper puts forward some valuable advice about enhancing the global potential for the service enterprises.
