摘要
本文对转型时期我国企业的制度反应策略模式及其资源基础与绩效表现进行了实证研究。结果表明:(1)在我国的转型制度背景下,企业的制度反应策略可分为基于合作动机的遵守行为、参与行为、关联行为、游说行为与代言行为,以及基于对抗动机的挑战行为、质疑行为与影响行为;(2)企业制度反应策略与资源具有显著的相关性,其中,制度资源对于企业所采取的合作性制度反应策略具有更强的解释力,而市场资源与企业抵制或挑战现存规则的制度反应行为相关性更显著;(3)企业制度反应策略与绩效也具有显著的关联性,而且基于合作动机的制度反应行为可以使企业获得更显著的绩效,尤其是制度绩效。
The paper made an empirical research upon firms' institutional response strategies anti its resource bases and performance influence. The results indicate: (1) In Chinese transition, firms' institutional response behaviors could be classified 2 big types, one of which are motivated by cooperation, including conforming action, participating action, associated action, lobbying action, prolocutor action; other one is motivated by resistance, consisting of challenging action, doubting action, and influence action; (2) Firm' s institution response action is related with resources significantly in total. And institutional resources is more associated with firm's cooperated institutional actions; marketing resources is more related to the challenging institutional behaviors; (3) Firm's institution response action is associated to performance significantly, and those institution response action with cooperation motivation would bring more significant performance, especially institutional performance.
