摘要
老年股骨颈骨折因其骨折不愈合和股骨头缺血性坏死发生率高,并发症多,其治疗选择更应该积极。2003年1月～2009年2月,我院共收治68例65岁以上的股骨颈骨折病人,其中42例行人工双动股骨头置换治疗,取得良好效果,报道如下。
