产ESBLs大肠埃希菌耐药基因分型研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的对本院分离的31株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌进行耐药基因分型研究。方法用PCR对根据CLSI标准进行产ESBLs大肠埃希菌的初筛确证实验得到的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌31株,进行耐药基因的分型研究。结果31株产ESBLs大肠埃希菌中,TEM型为15株,SHV型为3株,CTX-M型为6株,TEM型对氨苄西林100%耐药,而SHV和CTX-M型主要对三代头孢类抗生素耐药,其治疗的首选药物为亚胺培能。结论本院检出的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌主要型别为TEM型,耐药基因分型研究将为临床用药和医院感染监控提供较有价值的参考。 Objective To analysis the current resistance genotyping of ESBLs-producing bacterium.Methods ESBLs-producing E.coli cells were confirmed by CLSI standard and genotyping of ESBLs-producing E.coli were tested by PCR.Results The genotyping of 31 ESBLs-producing E.coli were TEM(15),SHV(3) and CTX-M(6).The resistance to ampicillin of TEM was 100% while SHV and CTX-M type showed more resistant to 3rd generation cephalosporin antibiotics compaired to TEM type.Imipenem was the best drug for treatment of the infection.Conclusion TEM was the main genotype in our hospital.Analysis of antibiotic resistant genotype provided valuable reference to clinic medication and hospital infection monitoring.
