行为经济学视角的薪酬激励理论研究评述 被引量:5

摘要 薪酬激励是激励理论研究的前沿课题。近年来,随着行为经济学研究的深入,薪酬激励理论得到了很大的丰富和发展。本文介绍了近期行为经济学关于薪酬决策程序、薪酬互动研究的新视角、新方法,分析了基于公平偏好的薪酬激励模型的特点,以及行为经济学在薪酬激励的个性化反应及其调节效应方面研究的新进展,并对相关研究进行了简要评论。
