摘要
根据厂家资料,提出汽轮发电机基础的两个优化方案。结合本工程的特点,确定柱子截面尺寸、顶板横梁高度、顶板纵梁高度、第3榀短柱及横梁截面尺寸、顶板纵梁高度五个优化变量,分别运用动力优化软件QJDU和Mfsap软件对上述优化变量进行优化分析和核实,并用Mfsap软件对优化方案中结构总重、最大振动线位移等动力特性进行分析,其优化分析结果可供类似工程参考。
Two optimization schemes are put forward for the TG foundation based on informations from the manufacturer. Five optimization variables, i.e. column section, height of transverse beam and longitudinal beam on the operation floor, short column section at the third axis, as well as transverse beam section are specified for the project, analyzed and checked with dynamic optimization software of QJDU and Mfsap. Especially total weight of the whole foundation structure, maximum vibration displacement etc dynamic characteristic are analyzed for both schemes with Mfsap software to provide reference for similar projects.
