钾肥对大豆硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性及产量和品质的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用田间试验的方法,研究钾肥对大豆叶片硝酸还原酶(NS)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)活性及产量和品质的影响。试验结果表明,钾影响大豆叶片中硝酸还原酶和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性,有促进氮代谢的作用;钾肥有提高大豆脂肪、降低蛋白质含量的趋势;钾肥能促进大豆产量的形成,以K 90和K 120处理产量最高,比不施钾肥处理分别增产14.7%和14.0%,并且显著高于不施钾肥的处理。 The effect of potassium on the nitrate reductase (NS), glutamine synthetase, yield and quality of soybean was studied in field experiments. The result showed that potassium had a positive effect on the activity of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase in the leaves of soybean and a good effect on the nitrogen metabolism. With potassium application,it showed the tendency that fat content increased and protein content decreased. Potassium improved the yield of soybean. The treatment of K90 and KI20 had the highest yield, and the yields of soybean increased by 14.7% and 14.0% in field experiment respectively and were significantly higher than one in control.
