摘要
通过盆栽试验研究了有机肥与无机肥配施对小白菜品质的影响。试验结果表明:与单施化学肥料相比,施用有机肥以及有机无机肥料配施小白菜硝酸盐降低了36.4%～67.6%,可溶性蛋白质含量提高了22.9%～375.9%,Vc含量提高了29.9%～133.8%,可溶性糖含量提高了32.8%～101.6%。
A pot experiment was carried out to study the effect of application of organic and inorganic fertilizers on quality of brassi-ca.The results obtained were listed as follows：Compared with inorganic fertilizer treatment,application of organic fertilizers and mixed mineral decraced nitrate contents of brassica to 36.4% ～67.6%,and incraced the soluble protein to 22.9%～375.9%,Vc to 29.9%～133.8% and soluble sugar contents to 32.8%～101.6% in brassica.
