毛细柱气相色谱法快速测定黄瓜中六种有机磷农药残留 被引量:3

摘要 黄瓜中有机磷类农药经有机溶剂乙腈提取,提取溶液经过滤、浓缩后,用丙酮定容,由高纯氮气载入色谱柱进行分离,其出峰顺序为:(1)甲胺磷;(2)甲拌磷;(3)久效磷;(4)氧化乐果;(5)对硫磷;(6)马拉硫磷。结果表明,在黄瓜中分别添加0.3 mg.kg-1和0.6 mg.kg-1混合农药标准物时,各种标准物的平均回收率为72.09%~97.62%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.41%~2.16%。检出限为0.004~0.014 mg.kg-1。样品检测表明,该方法对黄瓜中测定六种有机磷农药具有实际应用价值。 Cucumber organophosphate pesticides were extracted by acetonitrile,the extraction solution were filtered, concentrated, and capacitied by using acetone.The chromatographic column was loaded high purity nitrogen for separation, the sequence of emerg- ing peaks was as follows (1)Methamidophos, (2)thimet, (3)monocrotophos, (4)Omethoate, (5)parathion, (6)Malathion. The results show that mix pesticide standards were added 0.3 mg·kg^-1 and 0.6 mg·kg^-1 in the cucumber respectively, average recovery of various standards in the range of 72.09% ~ 97.62%, relative standard deviation was in the range of 0.41%-2.16%, The detection limit were in the range of 0.004 mg·kg^-1-0.014 mg·kg^-1 respectively. Sample determination shows that this method could determine six organophosphorus pesticide in the cucumber has practical application value.
