摘要
装备的故障诊断能力是装备保障能力的重要方面。针对惯性测量组合故障诊断所面临的问题,深入研究了多信号建模方法,建立了基于TEAMS平台的惯性测量组合多信号模型,分析并对比了不同测试点设置方案的故障源隔离最优侧试次序,实现了基于TEAMS的惯性测量组合交互式故障诊断。研究结果表明,基于TEAMS的惯性测量组合故障诊断方法可行且有效,大大提高了装备的保障能力。
The fault diagnosibility of equipment is an important aspect of equipment support ability To solve the fault diagnosis problems of inertial measure unit, the method of multi-signal modeling is studied to build a multi-signal model of inertial measure unit based on TEAMS. The optimal testing sequence of isolating fault resources of different test point setting schemes is analyzed and contrasted and the alternant fault diagnosis of inertial measure unit is realized. The result shows that the feasible and effective fault diagnosis method of inertial measure unit based on TEAMS will improve equipment support ability greatly.
