摘要
利用计算流体力学的方法对多种典型结构扩张式消声器的内部流场进行了研究,仿真分析了相同边界条件下不同结构扩张式消声器的内部流场的速度及压力影响情况,分析了扩张式消声器产生压力损失的原因,并对六种消声器的压力损失进行了分析,揭示了消声器压力损失与扩张腔结构之间的关系。结合某挖掘机消声器的设计制造进行了仿真分析及试验测量,结论验证了利用CFD仿真进行消声器压力损失研究的有效性。
By using Computational Fluid Dynamics method, the internal fluid fields of several kinds of expanding mufflers with typical structures were studied. The influence of the velocity and pressure change of internal air caused by different expanding mufflers structures under the same boundary condition was simulated and analyzed. Then the reasons for yielding pressure loss and the pressure loss for six types of mufflers were analyzed, so that the relationship between the pressure loss and the structures of expanding chambers was revealed. Simulation, analysis and experimental measurement were carried out for a practical expanding muffler of an excavator. The results prove the validity of research on the pressure loss of muffler with CFD method.
