地段地理学及其实践意义

SECTION GEOGRAPHY──A NEW DEVELOPMENT IN APPLIED GEOGRAPHY

地段地理学是以微观尺度的地段研究为对象的现代应用地理学的工程化方向为其基本内涵（研究内容），通过运用案例对其进一步分析说明，充分表明了地段地理学的实践意义。

With the direction and range's development of applied geography, geographers begin to think how to deepen the study's objects and how to make the study operational. From traditional zoning and classification the study must gradually extend to section where the enterprises are located, which requires the geographers' abundant knowledge about the enterprises, meanwhile they must have an ability to analyze the section's geographical background deeply. In this paper, the basic theories on section geography was demonstrated based on proposing some practices and cases. At the end, some useful conclusions was drawn as follows:(1)'geo－objects' and' geo－phenomena' are general saying of all the features and their changing process on the earth's surface, the geographical study on section where enterprises are located must be connected with holo－geography, integrated geography and constructive geography, which also must be connected with the analysis of geographical environmental characteristics, only through that can we get a deep and overall conclusion.(2)Section geography can be regarded as applied geography that connects with engineering. Section where enterprises are located has its own characteristics of the objects and phenomena, which includes the section itself and physical, economic and scio－cultural characteristics around it. Based on .this, connecting with architecture and garden, section geography can be developed to the fieldes which mainly undertake tasks of planning and design on section where the enterprises are located, even include inside, outside and the floors of the buildings. Based on the study, section geography and engineering can gradually be connected as one, which mainly. serve the enterprises' production, construction and tourism development.
