摘要 本文介绍了新疆典型流域多卫星积雪遥感监测信息系统的设计与实现。除了系统的构成和主要功能外,也较为详细的介绍了不同类型数据的处理、转换的综合分析的方法。在文章的最后,举例说明了系统的几个应用方面。 The paper describes the design and implementation of a snow cover information system for monitoring and mapping snow cover variations in typical basins in the west Tianshan mountairs. The system is designed as a microcomputer-based system integrating several software modules, such as image processing modula for mapping snow variations; geographical information system module for temporal and spatial analyses of snow cover data; database management system module for the storage and management of all hydrological and meteorological data; and visualization module for graphically displaying the results. The system enables its users to monitor and map snow cover variations, to information from different data sources (remote sensing,gydrologic, meteorologic and toporaphic data). The paper discusses and shows how these data from different sources are processed, transferred and intrgrated into the system. In addition,POssible techniques for analyzing snow cover variations and application results are also presented in this paper.
