摘要
以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,以苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸十八酯(ODA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)为主要反应单体,经过硫酸钾(KSP)引发无皂共聚,然后将松香投入,借助于反应形成的阳离子无皂苯丙聚合物作为乳化分散剂,制得阳离子分散松香胶。当pH值为6~6.5,硫酸铝[Al2(SO4)3]用量为0.5%,阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)用量为0.2%,阳离子分散松香胶用量为1.2%时(以上均为占干浆料的质量分数),将此阳离子分散松香胶应用于混合浆抄纸体系中,采用逆向施胶,纸张施胶度达80s。
A cationic surfactant-free styrene-acrylate copolymer was prepared by the emulsifier-free copolymerization with DMC,St,AM,ODA and PVP as dispersing agent by the initiation of KSP,then rosin was added. Fininally,the cationic dispersion rosin size was prepared with the prepared cationic surfactant-free styrene-acrylate coplymeric emulsion as dispersion emulsifying agent. When pH6.0~6.5,Al2(SO4)3 0.5%,CPAM 0.2%,the dispersed cationic rosin size agent 1.2%(for the amount of absolutely dry pulp), the cationic dispersed rosin size was used to mixed-pulp paper system by the technology of reverse sizing. The sizing results showed that the sizing degree can reach 80s.
