摘要
制备出几种淀粉衍生物表面施胶液,并对比了施胶后瓦楞纸的环压强度以及耐折度这两项指标。实验结果表明利用N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺改性淀粉施胶,成纸环压指数最好,可达2.24N·m2·g-1;利用六次甲基四胺改性淀粉,成纸耐折度最好,可达22次。
Several starch derivatives was prepared as surface sizing agent,and then compared two indicators including ring crush strength and folding endurance. The experimental results showed that using N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide modified starch sizing agent,the paper reach to the best ring crush strength,up to 3.27 N·m2·g-1;using hexamethylene tetramine modified starch sizing agent,the paper s folding endurance reach to the best,up to 22 times.
