Water-Saving Management and Technology of Paper Mill

2008年颁布了新的造纸工业单位产品基准取水量的国家标准。面对如此严格的标准,造纸企业应该积极采取节水的策略,一方面加强节水管理,从组织机构、完善各种规章制度、建立完善的计量体系、考核标准和杜绝跑、冒、滴、漏;另一方面要积极研发和应用各种新的节水技术、工艺和装备,降低单位产品的取水量,节约宝贵的水资源,实现造纸工业的可持续发展。

In 2008, the new national limit for the fresh-water comsume of the paper mill was issued, the strict standard made paper mill pay more attention in this field. For this reason, on the one hand, paper mill should build better watersaving matters on the whole process, including water metering system, erecting the organization of water-saving and perfecting rules ; on the other hand, it＇s important that paper makers should do more research and study on the new technology, new process and new equipment of water- saving for sustainable development of paper indusdry.
