Modification and Application of Waste Liquor from APMP Process

摘要 高得率浆生产技术在世界范围内发展迅速,其制浆废液的综合利用逐步引起人们的关注。研究了高得率制浆废液分离木素的影响因素及分离木素后滤液的阳离子化改性。实验结果表明,分离木素的最佳条件为:沉淀pH值为3.0,沉淀温度为65℃,絮凝剂PAC和CPAM的加入量分别为0.2g·L-1和9mg·L-1。采用红外光谱对改性后滤液的醇沉物的结构进行表征。将改性后滤液直接用于造纸湿部改善纸页的物理性能。结果表明,改性后的滤液对阔叶木浆、针叶木浆以及OCC纸浆具有明显的增强作用。 With the rapid development of high-yield pulping (HYP) technique in China, comprehensive utilization of the pulping waste liquor has attracted wide attention. The influence factors of lignin separated from the waste liquor of APMP and the modification of the filtrate had been studied. The optimum conditions for separating lignin were as follows: the removal ratio of lignin was 85.6% when the pH was 3, the precipitation temperature was 65%, the PAC dose was 0.2 g.L^-1, the CPAM dose was 9 mg.L^-1. The structures of the filtrate before and after modified were characterized by FF-IR spectrum. The modified filtrate was used to improve the physical properties of pulp. The results showed that the filtrate after modification has significant strengthening function to the hardwood kraft pulps, the softwood kraft pulps, the APMP as well as the OCC pulps.
