摘要 介绍了L-色氨酸(L-Trp,w)因其特有的吲哚环结构能够作为π电子供体参与形成的cation-π复合体以及作为外源引入和内源性荧光生色团应用于蛋白质、药理研究、环境监测、食品监测等方面的应用。 The applications of L-tryptophan as a π donor take part in cation-πcomplex and as extro/endo fluorescence probe on study of proteins,pharmoceutical studies,enviroment detection and food detection based on the particular indole cycle are introduced.
