摘要
2008年在长沙采用茎部扦插、注入和叶面喷施3种方式对烤烟K326施用不同浓度的GA,研究其对烤烟的烟碱、钾含量及单叶重的影响。结果表明,3种GA施用方式均能对烤烟主要品质指标产生影响,在各处理用药范围内,喷施效果最优,注入处理略优于扦插。本研究涉及的浓度范围内,喷施5 mg/株处理效果最优,可明显降低上部叶烟碱含量,并对提高上部叶钾含量及单叶重效果较好;GA施用的浓度不同对各叶位产生的影响差异较大,上、中部叶受到的影响较明显,而对下部叶的影响相对较小。
Flue-cured tobacco variety K326 was used as material to study the effects of different concentrations of GA on contents of nicotine and kalium in tobacco leaf, and weight of single leaf by three application methods, stem cuttage, stem injection and foliage spraying, in Changsha in 2008. The results indicated that the main indexes of quality were affected by GA despite of application methods, while the effect of foliage spraying was best, and the effect of stem cuttage was slightly better than that of stem injection. In this study, to decrease nicotine content in upper leaf and increase potassium content in upper leaf and weight of single leaf, the optimum choice was spraying 5 mg per plant. The effects of different concentration of GA on different positional leaves were different, and the effects on upper and middle leaves were more evident than that on lower leaves.
