不同草坪草废料厌氧发酵试验研究 被引量:19

摘要 以早熟禾、白三叶和聚合草废料为发酵原料,在(30±1)℃的恒温条件下,利用自行设计的厌氧发酵装置进行了厌氧发酵试验。结果表明:白三叶产气快,但持续时间最短,且累积产气量最小。早熟禾产气持续时间最长,且累积产气量最高,分别是聚合草和白三叶的1.9倍和4.3倍;聚合草和早熟禾pH值都呈现先降低又升高,最终稳定在6.8左右,而白三叶从第12天至发酵结束pH值一直处于6.0以下;从发酵的第8天到第40天,早熟禾、白三叶和聚合草三者平均甲烷含量分别是59.8%,45.8%和59.9%。 This paper studied the lawn waste (white clover,common comfiey and blue grass) as raw materials for anaerobic fermentation. The experiment were done in a batches digestion mode at 30℃± 1℃. The results showed that the white clover had the fastest gas production, but it lasted the shortest and had the least cumulative gas production. Bule grass had longest gas production and the most cumulative gas production which was the 1.9 times that of common comfrey and 4.3 times that of white clover. The pH value of both common comfrey and blue grass reduced and then increased and stabilized at around 6. 8, while the pH value of white clover was below 6.0 from the 12th day to the end of fermentation, appearing acid accumulation. The average methane contents of white clover, common comfrey and blue grass was 45.8% ,59.9% and 59. 8% respectively between 8th - 40th days of fermentation.
