Guiding the Practice of College Organization Work with The Scientific Outlook On Development

学习实践科学发展观活动的总体要求是"党员干部受教育、科学发展上水平、人民群众得实惠"。作为高校党建工作的重要组成部分,组织工作如何贯彻落实科学发展观,并以此指导具体工作实践,成为当前高校组工干部学习实践科学发展观的一个思想共识。本文围绕如何解放思想观念、改进工作方法、创新体制机制进行了探讨,以期在具体实践中进一步增强组织工作的凝聚力、创造力和规范性,全面实现组织工作的科学发展上水平。

＂Party members receiving education, scientific development stepping into a new level, masses getting tangible benefits＂ is the general requirements of implementing the scientific outlook on development. As an important part of party construction in college, how to implement the scientific outlook on development in organization work to guide the specific work has become a consensus of present college organization work to implement the scientific outlook on development. With a desire to further enhance the cohesion, creativity and standardization in organization work to fully carry out organization work to enter anew high, the discussion of this paper aims at how to emancipate the mind, improve working method, make innovation in system and mechanism.
