北京地区健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的参考范围 被引量：14

摘要 目的建立北京地区健康成人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群参考范围。方法采用多参数三色免疫荧光标记流式细胞术结合血液分析仪检测403例北京地区健康成人的外周血CD4+及CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群。结果外周血T淋巴细胞亚群在各年龄组间无显著性差异。男、女间外周血白细胞计数、淋巴细胞绝对值、CD3+细胞百分率、CD3+CD4+细胞绝对值、CD3+CD8+细胞绝对值有显著性差异。北京地区健康成人外周血CD4+及CD8+T淋巴细胞参考范围(以95%置信区间表示)如下:淋巴细胞1210～3011cell/μl(22.4%～46.6%);CD3+细胞808～2072cell/μl(50.7%～86.0%);CD3+CD4+细胞380～1208cell/μl(23.3%～50.2%),CD3+CD8+细胞229～982cell/μl(12.5%～36.9%),CD3+CD4+/CD3+CD8+比值0.80～2.74。结论性别等因素可影响人外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,有必要建立适当的、适用于北京地区健康成人的CD4+和CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群参考范围。
