摘要
2009年是中华人民共和国建国60周年,而"六十甲子"是中国式纪年的重要时间单元。国家及其事业有如人生,走过60年的确有许多值得总结和省思之处。文章以60年间的中国体育高等教育为对象,认为体育高教60年可分为三个大的阶段,对各阶段体育高教的特征及核心价值观进行了讨论。并对贯穿整个体育高教的基本矛盾和总体规律进行了论证,从而彰显体育高教在整个体育和教育事业中的角色和地位,以及对社会发展所担当的道义和责任。文章还提出了中国体育高等教育改革创新的总原则和总思路。
This year is the sixtieth anniversary of the P. R. C. The number sixty is important in the Chinese lunar calendar. Like the human life, the sixty years of the P. R. C are worth summarizing. This paper holds that the sixty years can be divided into three stages, whose characteristics and core values are discussed, basic contradiction and general rules are analyzed. The role and responsibility of higher education in sports and education as well as social development are summarized. Moreover, principles for higher education reform and innovation are proposed.
