摘要
采用教学实验法、文献资料法和数理统计法,对体操普修课采用动作分类组合技术教学进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:以体操同类结构动作中的关键性技术环节为主线,以强化断面基础动作为突破口,采用动作分类组合模块进行体操普修课的技术教学,可以有效地提高学生完成技术动作的质量、数量和技能评定成绩,并能提高学生的保护与帮助等能力。
Using the methods of experimental study, literature study and mathematical statistics, the paper conducts an experimental study on gymnastic technique teaching by the classified-combination teaching method. The results shows that it may help the students to complete the technical movement with better quality, quantity, skill. And they are better protected and assisted in learning.
