摘要 重点讨论天然产物的代谢工程在产量提高、组分优化及产物延伸等方面的进展,说明代谢工程作为生物工程的一个新兴分支可以成为传统育种的重要补充,是在理性思维指导下有目的的菌种定向改良。 This review discusses the recent developments of metabolic engineering in improving yield, controlling component, and extending production, and the applications of this approach for rational strain improvement.
