当今世界,已经由金融危机、能源危机、粮食危机共同汇成了全球性的经济危机,再加上虚拟经济向实体经济的不断渗透,致使欧美发达国家经济发展严重受挫,而包括中国在内的发展中国家也成为世界经济危机的受害者。当然,中国环渤海地区也不例外。因此,必须充分估计全球经济危机对环渤海经济圈整体开发的不利影响,并且要对全球经济危机对环渤海经济圈整体开发影响加以评估的前提下,认定环渤海经济圈整体开发应对世界经济危机的综合优势支持,注重从实际出发正确地做出环渤海经济圈整体开发抵御世界经济危机的战略对策创意,以求有效化解全球经济危机对环渤海经济圈整体开发所带来的消极影响,进一步提升环渤海经济圈的整体实力。

The global financial crisis and the increasing infiltration of virtual economy into entity economy have incurred a setback around the world. And the Bohai Economic Circle in China is no exception. This paper argues that,by fully estimating the adverse effects of the global financial crisis on the overall development of the Circum-Bohai Economic Circle,new strategies should be made on a practical ground in order to offset the possible losses and gain more competitive edges.
