民族药材白四块瓦的基源及质量标准研究

Study on Plants′ Origin and Quality Standard of the Ethnomedicine "Baisikuaiwa"

对民族药材白四块瓦的两个来源——宽叶金粟兰与多穗金粟兰的根及根茎进行了性状、显微及薄层色谱的比较鉴定研究,并对原植物进行了比较观察,结果表明:2种植物的花序有显著区别,两者根的显微特征(石细胞的有无)有稳定的差异,且薄层色谱也有所不同.经研究总结出的质量标准为该药材的应用提供了鉴别依据;同时鉴于二者原植物形态、根的显微特征及薄层色谱上明显的差异,对有关作者提出的将植物多穗金粟兰并入宽叶金粟兰的观点提出异议,认为不宜归并.

The authentication of the origins of the ethnomedicine ＂Baisikuaiwa＂ （Chloranthus henryi Hemsl. And C. multistachys Pei）, and comparative observation of the plant drug were performed, using macroscopic and microscopic identifications and TLC to determine their pharmacognostical characters. Obvious differences in the inflorescence of the two original plants were observed. The obvious and stable differences could also be found on the microscopic character of the radix （whether there was stone cell）. Furthermore, there were some differences in TLC chromatograms. Quality standard summarized in the study provided the scientific basis for the identification of the ethnomedicine in its utilization. Owing to the obvious distinctions in the microscopic and TLC characteristics of the roots and the appearance between the two original plants, we are not in agreement with the opinion by another author on incorporating C. multistaehys Pei into C. henryi Hemsl. We think that these two plants should not be merged.
