摘要
指出了制造企业信息化中的产品选型是直接影响信息化成败的重要因素,但很多企业对此缺乏正确的方法.分析了目前我国制造业信息化产品选型中存在的问题,提出了产品选型决策的模型,并比较分析了几种决策方法,采用了AHP层次法进行案例分析,为制造企业进行科学有效的信息化产品选型提供了一种思路.
The product selection of manufacturing informatization is an important factor which directly influences the informatization. However, many enterprises lack in right approach of it. This paper analyzes the problems in the product selections of domestic manufacturing informatization, offers the model of product selections decision- making, compares the several decision-making approaches, adopts AHP to analyze cases, and provides a train of thought for the scientific and effective product selections of manufacturing informatization.
