本文考察了汉冶萍公司萍矿煤焦运往武汉的几种组织方式,分析了每种运输力量和企业间的关系和其被公司采用的原因。文章力图用新制度经济学的企业理论来分析决定企业边界的一些因素及探究企业如何理性选择其最佳规模。

In this paper,the writer investigates several organizing ways of transporting Pingxiang coke of Han Yeping Coal and Iron Company to Wuhan Iron Factory.Then the writer analyses the relation between each kind of transportation strength and the enterprise and its reason why it was adopted by the company.This paper uses enterprise theory of neo-institutional economics to analyse some factors that determine the enterprise edge and to probe how enterprises can choose their best scales.
