三七总皂甙治疗高血压病的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Total Saponin of Notoginseng on Hypertension

目的:观察三七总皂甙对高血压病的疗效。方法:70例病人随机分为治疗组(35例)和对照组(35例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上配合三七总皂甙治疗,疗程均为3周。观察2组治疗前后血压及心率的变化。结果:与治疗前比较,对照组及治疗组治疗后收缩压及舒张压均有显著差异,治疗组对收缩压及舒张压影响明显高于对照组,心率在两组间及治疗前后均无显著差异。结论:三七总皂甙降压效果确切,对心率无明显影响。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of total saponin of notoginseng on hypertension. Method： 70 cases of hypertension were divided into treatment group and control group with 35 cases in each. The eases of control group were administered the routine treatment, and the cases of treatment group were administered the same routine treatment and total saponin of notoginseng, the treatment was lasted for 3 weeks. Then compared with the blood pressure and heart ratebefore treatment. Result： After therapy, the blood pressure of treatment group was obviously lowered significantly compared with that of control group. The heart rate was similar in two groups, as well as before therapy and after therapy. Conclusion： The total saponin of notoginseng could lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension and the heart rate has no significant changes.
