摘要 分析基于ATML自动测试标记语言的ATS信息描述模型,并对其被测对象模块进行了UML建模研究。 The information describing model of ATS based on ATML （automatic test markup language） is mainly analyzed. At the same time, the model with UML （unified modeling language） for the UUT （unite under test） model is built.
